As usual Dr. Telthorst and his staff are wonderful, kind, always going the extra mile for their patients. Starting with the front desk to the hygienists in back area. They make you feel like your well being is the first priority. Also they are knowledgeable, professional and explain what and why they are during a specific procedure on you. If you looking for a dentist and a team who put the patients first and calm your fears. Dr. Telthorst is the dentist for you. His staff are simply amazing they treat you as if you are a celebrity. Happy I found him, make an appointment you won't be disappointed!

I have been going to Dr T for about 20 years and that should be a good indicator of the kind of services he provides. He is caring, has great chair- side manners, listens to you and does amazing dental work. At one point he became out-of-network with my insurance and, like most reasonable people, I looked for someone in-network. Big mistake. I came running back not even a month later. He is that good that paying the difference was worth it. Thankfully he is back in-network now 🙂 ... and his stuff does an amazing job too. They do listen to your concerns, submit everything to the insurance and deal with that 🙂 ... if you are on the fence choosing a new dentist - go to Lake Forest Dental, you will not regret it ... plus he practices gentle dentistry in the true sense of the word ... btw I have NOT received any discounts or compensation for this review: I truly do mean everything I said ... go, you will not be sorry 🙂

They always make sure you are aware of your appointment. They are always pleasant and professional when arrive at check-in. Smart and good/normal sense of humor. I had my teeth cleaned and X-rays today. Both “girls” were perfect with putting up with me during those jobs. Again professional and fun. Great job! Check out was smooth and out the door I went.

Awesome. Dr Telthorst did a great job making my front teeth look great again. Staff was warm and friendly too. Very happy with the results.

All of the staff are incredibly personable and skilled. The hygienists clean my teeth well while still being gentle enough that I don't feel too much anxiety about going in for a cleaning. Everyone explains to me what and why they are doing what they are doing - including the doctor. I had several fillings that needed to be replaced and a cracked tooth that I and my previous dentist didn't realize. They showed it to me with pictures and xray to make sure I knew exactly what was going on in my mouth and promptly took care of the issue, making sure I had maximum insurance coverage.

Dr. Telethorst is really well-learned and does an amazing job at looking at the whole picture when it comes to my dental health while still being a really funny and caring man. I might not like going to the dentist, but I feel better about going when I'm at Lake Forest!
