How do I whiten my teeth?

There are many different techniques available to whiten your teeth. While it is possible to lighten teeth in one visit at our office, we have found that this frequently creates some extreme tooth sensitivity. Our office prefers to use a custom tray setup so you can bleach your teeth at home. While it is slower, the chances of sensitivity are reduced and the lighter results last longer that single-day treatments. Frequently we will have patients purchase a tube of bleach about once a year to use their trays again to restore highlights. It’s easy and safe.
