Our staff has taken the steps to prepare you for the first appointment by providing a full spectrum of the services we offer and the option to complete our new patient form prior to your visit. Our goal is to cover everything you need with a full and efficient assessment, but without waiting to see the doctor.

Mom said Dr. Telthorst is an excellent dentist. She said her mouth feels so much better after a cleaning & 2 cavities were repaired (without anesthesia). She had no pain during the procedure. Although I have always been a bit anxious about going to the dentist, I have never had anything but a lovely experience with Dr. Telthorst and everyone at Lake Forest Dental. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I can't think of one even remotely negative thing to say. They make dental appointments as delightful as it is possible for such things to be. I think so highly of them that I have baked and decorated cookies for them. Absolutely marvelous people who do absolutely fantastic work. Five stars aren't enough.
